Voices Off the Walls: Music in Museums
Victoria has created and performed numerous concerts based on museum exhibitions. Musical Snapshots from the '60's: Songs from Andy Warhol's World was originally devised for and presented in the USC Fisher Museum. This three-person program takes its themes from photos taken by Andy Warhol and subsequently bequeathed to art museums and galleries throughout the U.S. by the Warhol Foundation. The concert weaves together often humorous excerpts from Warhol's diary with songs, arias and duets by Leonard Bernstein, Samuel Barber, Eric Satie, Stephen Sondheim, William Bolcom, Ricky Ian Gordon and Lori Laitman.

The Poet's Voice: Songs Onstage
Awarded an NEA Chairman's Grant by then-chair and poet Dana Gioia, Victoria collaborated with actress Linda Kelsey and soprano Anne Marie Ketchum to create This, and My Heart, the first of several theatrical programs combining art songs and spoken texts. This compelling theater-concert piece, which premiered to great acclaim in September 2009 at Grand Performances in downtown Los Angeles, is based on the writings of Emily Dickinson and features songs set to her poetry by American composers Aaron Copland, Lori Laitman, Tom Cipullo and Steve Heitzeg. www.thisandmyheart.com

Demons, Devils and Divas: Big Voices Singing Scary Music
Victoria has brought together some of her favorite operatic partners for Demons, Devils and Divas: Big Voices Singing Scary Music, featuring music by Giuseppe Verdi (Macbeth, Rigoletto and Il Trovatore), Charles Gounod (Faust), Stephen Sondheim (Sweeney Todd) and Tom Lehrer ("The Masochism Tango"), as well as dramatic readings of texts by William Shakespeare and Edgar Allan Poe.

Tastings: Music, Food and Wine
Victoria's passion for great food and wine has led to several culinary-inspired concerts: Chocolat!, featuring composer Lee Hoiby's Bon Appétit! (a Julia Child-inspired scena for singing actress and piano) and Astor Piazzolla's Grand Tango (cello and piano); The Kitchen Countertenor, featuring master chef and spectacular male alto Alejandro Garri; and Viva Italia!, a wine tasting/salon concert event created with the husband-and-wife team of Alan Chapman and Karen Benjamin, featuring songs by Paolo Tosti, amusing enological anecdotes and varietal Italian wines by the glass.
