Voices Off the Walls: Music in Museums
Victoria has created and performed numerous concerts based on museum exhibitions. Musical Snapshots from the '60's: Songs from Andy Warhol's World was originally devised for and presented in the USC Fisher Museum. This three-person program takes its themes from photos taken by Andy Warhol and subsequently bequeathed to art museums and galleries throughout the U.S. by the Warhol Foundation. The concert weaves together often humorous excerpts from Warhol's diary with songs, arias and duets by Leonard Bernstein, Samuel Barber, Eric Satie, Stephen Sondheim, William Bolcom, Ricky Ian Gordon and Lori Laitman.

The Poet's Voice: Songs Onstage
Awarded an NEA Chairman's Grant by then-chair and poet Dana Gioia, Victoria collaborated with actress Linda Kelsey and soprano Anne Marie Ketchum to create This, and My Heart, the first of several theatrical programs combining art songs and spoken texts. This compelling theater-concert piece, which premiered to great acclaim in September 2009 at Grand Performances in downtown Los Angeles, is based on the writings of Emily Dickinson and features songs set to her poetry by American composers Aaron Copland, Lori Laitman, Tom Cipullo and Steve Heitzeg. www.thisandmyheart.com
